Data Analysts

Achieve (formerly Freedom Financial Network) has openings in its companies Freedom Debt Relief, Freedom Financial Asset Management, Freedom Financial Network  Funding, and Lendage for Data Analysts to work with teams from multiple business units to use data to deliver insights that improve marketing programs. 

 Locations: San Mateo, CA, and Tempe, AZ . Remote employment available with management approval.

 Job Duties:

  • Works on multiple business units which includes Freedom Plus (personal loan), Lendage(Home equity line of credit mortgage), and Freedom Debt Relief (Debt relief product) with primary focus on direct mail marketing.
  • Investigates first-party and third-party data for customer profiling/segmentation and derives business insights to make recommendations to the business owners.
  • Responsible for campaign performance management and campaign attribution.
  • Works cross functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and product to drive business initiatives.
  • Develops and optimizes business processes and builds reports for the leadership team.
  • Prepares and manipulates raw data using SQL and Python to be used for marketing performance.
  • Oversees and designs new tests to validate new product flows, marketing creatives, and predictive models.

 Direct Mail Marketing/Campaign Performance Management:

  • Provide strategic and analytical support to improve Direct mail marketing efforts. Measure the performance of campaigns to determine profitability and success of the campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to make recommendations on how to improve the campaign performance.
  • Design test plans to accurately test new hypotheses in the market.
  • Analyze direct mail marketing processes end to end to identify areas of improvement and streamline the existing processes.
  • Measure the effectiveness of predictive response models to help enhance model performance.

 Hypothesis testing and Predictive Modeling

  •  Use statistical techniques like ANOVA, power analysis, T-tests, to accurately measure the success of tests.
  • Use statistical techniques like regression, clustering, and decision trees to explore data sets and identify and create new household and customer level data features that help improve predictive model performance

 Python and SQL programming

  •  Write SQL and Python scripts on a routine basis to extract and transform data for analysis, archiving, list generation, customer profiling, reporting, and applying data mining and modeling techniques.
  • Investigate the data to identify customer journeys from lead generation, sales to customer enrollment.
  • Write code to automate and develop new processes to reduce errors and delay time in executing the marketing campaign efforts.

 Market Analysis and Attribution

  •  Leverage third party data sources to identify prospect customer pools for targeting, personalizing products/offers, and scale up the marketing acquisition efforts.
  • Understand the existing marketing attribution model for different marketing channels and improve the way conversions are attributed.
  • Optimize the marketing spend across channels by analyzing the spend across channels and making recommendations to find the best spend mix that drives profitable results.
