We do it through three core solutions: debt relief, where our team negotiates directly with creditors to reduce what members owe; personal loans, to replace high-interest debt with one straightforward payment; and home equity solutions, which put the value of a home to work to pay down debt. Time off that actually works for you

At Achieve, we offer time off policies designed to give you real flexibility. Not just on paper, but in practice. 

Flexible time off (FTO) 

For salaried and leadership teammates, Achieve offers flexible time off with no annual cap and no predetermined limits. You take the time you need, when you need it. Whether that's a mental health day, a family vacation, or just a long weekend. No watching a countdown clock, no guilt about using what's yours.

Generous accrued vacation time 

Hourly and salaried teammates accrue paid vacation that grows with their tenure, up to 15 days (120 hours) in their first year, scaling up to 20 days (160 hours) by their fifth anniversary. Hourly teammates start accruing up to 11.5 days in year one, building toward that same 20-day mark over time.

Support for working parents

Childcare isn’t just part of your routine—it’s what makes your day possible. That’s why we partner with Mirza to help take some of the pressure off and make sure you have the support you need, both at work and at home.

Through Mirza, teammates can get matched with programs that offer savings or financial support for daycare, preschool, and more. Even better, the platform makes it easy to apply, helping you access the funds and resources available in your area with just a click. 

Paid sick leave

All teammates accrue 40 hours of paid sick leave per year, with the ability to carry up to 40 unused hours into the following year.

Paid holidays + holiday choice program

Achieve observes 10 paid holidays each year, including a unique Holiday Choice Program. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, teammates can choose two out of three observed cultural holidays: MLK Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, and Juneteenth, allowing you to celebrate what matters most to you. If you'd prefer, those days can also be used as pre-planned time off at another point in the year.

Birthday time off

Your birthday should feel special. That’s why hourly and salary teammates receive 4 hours of paid birthday time off to celebrate however you choose.

Paid volunteer hours

We believe giving back isn't something you should have to do on your own time. That's why every teammate receives 16 hours of paid volunteer time off each year.

Health & wellness benefits built around you

Achieve offers comprehensive benefits coverage that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Most benefits become effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire.

Medical, pharmacy, & telemedicine

Accessing quality healthcare through medical, pharmacy, and telemedicine is convenient no matter where you are or what your schedule looks like.

Dental and vision

We offer comprehensive dental and vision coverage so you can take care of the whole picture.

Life insurance & disability coverage

  • - Basic life and AD&D insurance: Company-paid, so you're covered from day one

  • - Voluntary life and AD&D: Additional coverage options for you, your spouse, and your children

  • - Long-term disability: Company-paid

  • - Voluntary long-term disability: A buy-up option if you want additional protection

Paid parental leave

Whether you're welcoming a newborn, an adopted child, or a new foster placement, Achieve supports new parents with four weeks of paid parental leave, so you can be fully present for one of life's biggest moments without worrying about your paycheck.

Employee assistance program (EAP)

Life happens. It’s important to have someone in your corner. The company-paid EAP provides confidential support for personal and professional challenges, including mental health resources, financial counseling, and more.

Health Savings and flexible spending accounts (HSA + FSA)

Achieve contributes to your Health Savings Account, helping you set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified medical expenses. It's a benefit that works for you now and in the future. Choose from health care FSAs and dependent care FSAs to manage out-of-pocket expenses with pre-tax dollars. Both are funded with pre-tax dollars, which means you pay less in taxes and keep more of what you earn.

401(k) with company match

Retirement planning shouldn't wait. Achieve teammates are eligible for the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Achieve matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to a maximum company match of $5,000 per calendar year. That's real money working for your future.
