Role Requirements:
For the Mortgage Advisor (Originator) Role:
- 2+ years of mortgage sales experience
- 1+ year of mortgage sales in a high volume phone based environment is preferred
- Active NMLS license or able to be reactivated
- Have passed the SAFE exam
- The ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping our members
- Competitiveness and the drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
- Display the four Achieve core values: Care, Collaboration, Get Better, and Act with Integrity
For the Debt Consultant Role:
- 2+ years of recent inside sales experience
- 1+ year of sales in a high volume phone-based environment is preferred
- Experience in a consultative sale is preferred
- The ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping our members
- Competitiveness and the drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
- Display the four Achieve core values: Care, Collaboration, Get Better, and Act with Integrity
For the Loan Consultant Role:
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience
- 1+ year of sales in a high volume phone-based environment is preferred
- Experience in transactional sales or loan sales is preferred
- The ability to come on-site for a duration of training is required
- The ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping our members
- Competitiveness and the drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
