- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and validation to delivery, adoption, and performance optimization.
- Leverage customer insights, usage data, and industry best practices to guide product decisions and ensure high-value outcomes.
- Act as the product expert and trusted advisor for compensation frameworks, incentive plan configurations, and compensation system architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and with strong business impact.
- Maintain deep domain knowledge of HR systems, compensation calculation engines, data integration patterns, and compliance requirements.
- Evangelize product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams.
- Drive metrics and success indicators such as adoption rates, compensation cycle efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in HR Technology, Sales Compensation, or related enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven track record defining and launching successful HR or Sales Compensation products or features.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes, sales incentive structures, bonus plans, commission engines, and performance management systems.
- Experience with Xactly Incent, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and integration with compensation systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to partner closely with technical and non-technical teams to drive consensus and execution.
- Experience with agile/lean product delivery methodologies.
