Job Description
As a HRIS Analyst you'll work closely with the HR business partners, Recruiting, Total Rewards and IT Teams to assist in the administration, maintenance and optimization of the HR systems – ADP and SmartRecruiters. Key responsibilities include maintenance, administration, processing, reporting, testing, and auditing, to ensure data integrity of system design and functionality. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for the HRIS and will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- You'll be a subject matter expert for HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Benefits and Recognition).
- You will manage, update, and maintains HR data, including employee information, job information, and compensation data through the entire employee lifecycle.
- You will assist with HRIS projects, including planning, execution, and testing. You will implement changes and configurations.
- You will participate in the review, testing, and implementation of Quarterly/Monthly releases; determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end users.
- You will review business processes and integration performance, assists with data uploads, and ensure data integrity/consistency within HR and downstream systems.
- You will maintain and improve integrations between existing Talent Acquisition System (SmartRecruiters) and other systems (eg.,ADP, Career site, Talent)
- Perform routine system audits for data validation/integrity and work with key stakeholders to make necessary changes.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Maintain the security and confidentiality of HR data.
- Build and maintain a repository of simple to moderately complex custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- You will support internal partners throughout the organization with data analytics and reporting needs, and assists in all module testing and upgrades, self-service manager and employee education.
- You will manage ServiceNow tickets, including incident triage, bug research, customer issues, and resolution documentation.
Who you are:
- 2-3 years of related experience in HRIS Administration (preferably ADP WorkforceNow and/or ADP Talent Management platforms).
- Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel and reporting tools (ADP, Tableau).
- Understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with HR staff and other stakeholders
- Intermediate to mid-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience working on tickets and resolution documentation. Preferably using ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and well organized.
- Strong time management skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong follow-through skills, keen attention to details and an ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects.

Hourly Range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
