Job Description
As a dynamic Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will make a real impact on everyday lives, helping people thrive with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Reporting to our Director of FP&A in the PST, MST or CST zones, you will shape financial strategies and drive analytics for informed business decisions, closely collaborating with business leaders in support of our flagship product. You will provide key insights and actionable recommendations to senior executives, ensuring data-driven financial and operational decisions. Embody true business partnership through collaboration, prompt decision-making, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Your Role:
• Provide business leaders with actionable insights and financial analyses for investment decisions and growth opportunities
• Partner with business leaders in revenue and expense forecasting for Achieve’s largest product offering.
• Establish frameworks to measure and evaluate profitability and efficiency
• Assess business performance by using data-driven recommendations for reporting, growth, and process improvements
• Monitor key productivity metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
• Collaborate cross functionally with business and finance leaders to develop long-range planning models aligned with strategic vision and priorities
• Highly visible role within the finance team

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and attention to detail

• Analytical background in Operations Finance, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or related fields
• Outstanding leadership, communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and quick to respond to changing business needs
• Critical thinker, questioning financial models and offering thoughtful alternatives
Additional Information
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
