Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Processor III, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. While providing updates on the application process as well as collecting pertinent documentation from our members, you will also receive first-hand knowledge and coaching in the world of mortgages.

What you’ll do:  

  • Build rapport with borrowers
  • Initiate welcome calls and communicate with borrowers on loan approvals throughout the entire loan process
  • Complete specific data input based on documentation received into the Loan Origination System (LOS)
  • Manage a daily pipeline of approved loans (70-80 loan pipeline)
  • Review borrower documents for completeness and enter pertinent data into LOS
  • Complete a 3rd party validation of the borrower’s employer
  • Review credit profiles for completeness and eligibility
  • Track the receipt of borrower-required documents and documents from 3rd Party vendors
  • Collaborate with your team to confirm all conditions have been met for each file
  • Identify ways to improve the borrowing process

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of mortgage processing experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a continually changing environment
  • Ability to handle high volume pipeline and stay within required SLAs
  • Ability to multitask and move quickly between required job functions
  • Great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
