The Senior Paid Search Manager will help drive our mission forward and impact the lives of everyday people, helping them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. What you’ll do:
- Lead and execute paid search campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and effective budget allocation.
- Lead a team in Paid Search strategy and execution.
- Craft and execute data-driven paid search strategies that align with overall business goals, with a focus on driving profitable user acquisition and sustainable growth.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, refining ad copy, and enhancing landing page performance to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify key trends and areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights to guide strategy refinement and reporting.
- Manage and forecast paid search budgets, ensuring resource allocation achieves optimal ROI and aligns with financial goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—creative, data analytics, and brand to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign execution.
- Ensure all paid search activities adhere to industry regulations, platform policies, and best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to keep strategies forward-thinking and competitive.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of proven experience managing user acquisition and growth campaigns
- Proven experience running marketing strategy, campaign execution and operations (including experience with bid models, audience segmentation targeting, etc.)
- Passionate about developing others to be their best
- You understand the value of a compelling story and can drive best practices across keywords, ads and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions
- You are data-driven and are hands-on with analysis on channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and using data to inform business decisions.
- Proficient with tools - advanced Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
- Executional comfort on ad-tech areas such as link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, measurement and attribution
- You are highly strategic and can own a systemic process to optimize the entire funnel, ranging from creative to product experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Salary Range: $125,000 to $175,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
