As an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, you will meaningfully contribute to Achieve’s financial decisions. You will be a critical thought partner to the capital markets team and will support some of the most impactful and important strategic initiatives at the company. Since 2002, Achieve has grown into one of the largest private consumer fintech unicorns in the U.S., with almost $30Bn in enrollments for our industry-leading, tech-enabled debt resolution services business, and $11Bn in personal and home loans originations via our banking-as-a-service partners. Our complimentary lending solutions are supported by an award winning ~$1Bn AuM consumer credit fund and capital markets platform (GlobalCapital, Hedgeweek) with over 17 ABS deals completed for over $5Bn.
At Achieve, the strategic finance team plays an important role in helping to shape the Company’s long-term business strategy and execution. Strategic finance enables the Company to develop and execute on our growth strategy by driving financial visibility and accountability, built on strong relationships across the Company and grounded in data and analysis.
At Achieve, the strategic finance team parachutes into key strategic business priorities and partners side by side with cross-functional teams to provide deep financial analysis and modeling, thought leadership and guidance, and turning discussions & white board sessions into quantitative analysis - all through the lens of finance and strategy. We challenge the status quo to drive business insights and continuous improvements, while making the complex simple.
In this position, you will partner closely with capital markets to plan and execute against strategic initiatives. You will spearhead deal analytics, support corporate fundraising activities, and drive strategic cross-functional projects. This role will deliver important insights and actionable recommendations to senior finance and executive management. A successful candidate will ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate data and apply expertise to inform the overall strategy. This position will exemplify true business partnership, leading the way with collaboration, timely decision-making, alignment with strategic priorities, and value-added analysis.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring a “Business Partner” mindset and thrive in an organization that is ready to disrupt the norm. If you are creative and passionate and want to work with like-minded people, then you will LOVE Achieve.
