Job Description

As the Strategic Compensation Manager, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. In this position you will report to our Director, Compensation and be seen as a subject matter expert on all things compensation. 

You will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team responsible for strategically designing and driving our compensation programs, supporting compensation processes, consulting with HR and client groups across the organization to create talent attraction and retention solutions.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage the analysis and reporting of the company's compensation programs and practices to identify key areas of improvement or enhancement to ensure our compensation programs and practices are supporting the company's mission and goals.
  • Manage equity program including maintenance of system of record, equity modeling, process/approvals, and equity grant planning processes.
  • Develop analytics of our current compensation structures and proposed updates or changes.  This includes but is not limited to data analysis, forecasting, modeling, and dashboards.
  • Create analytic tools and dashboards for leaders and Compensation Committee.   
  • Support creation of Compensation Committee materials and presentations.
  • Analyze, design, and implement broad-based compensation programs in collaboration with business leaders, HR, and Finance.
  • Actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
  • Liaise with Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure alignment with the business’s operational functions.

What you’ll bring:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in compensation or financial analysis
  • 2+ years managing compensation programs
  • Advanced level of Excel and other similar data platforms
  • Experience administering or supporting equity programs
  • Experience with Radford Compensation Database
  • Experience developing, administering, and building compensation programs and processes 
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Salary Range: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
